TERMS & CONDITIONS

General conditions:

The pictures of the products sold in our online store are real and all the goods are available immediately. All products from the Styled collection are designed and manufactured in Estonia. We make the Styled collection ourselves from start to finish and the products are only available in our e-shop. The clothes are made in limited quantities and are not intended for mass production.

• The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from www.Styledcollection.ee.
• The prices of the products sold in our e-shop are in euros, the price includes a fee for delivering the goods.
• Omniva €4, Itella Smartpost €3, Itella Smartpost Finland €12, International Shipping €15.

The seller has the right to change the prices displayed in the E-shop at any time. If the prices have been changed in the E-store after the Customer has placed an order and paid for it, the Seller undertakes to deliver the corresponding products to the user at the prices valid at the time of the order. The customer has no right to demand compensation for the price difference.

Forming the order:

• To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart.
• To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of delivery of the goods.
• Orders can be paid by credit or debit card.
• If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the amount paid will be returned without delay.
• Order confirmation with the necessary payment information will be sent to your e-mail.
• Orders are processed Mon-Fri between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Delivery terms:

• After the terms of sale come into force, the E-shop completes the order within 1-5 working days and hands it over to the logistics company for delivery.
• Delivery time 1-3 days.
• The delivery time can be extended by 2-3 days if it is a STYLED COLLECTION product. The Buyer will be informed of the extension of the delivery time without delay.
• If the product is not pre-sewn, it will be sewn immediately after placing the order and paying.

Return conditions:

Withdrawal from the contract

• The buyer can withdraw from the contract concluded using a communication tool without giving a reason within 14 days.
• In the event that the Buyer informs of the return request 14 days later after receiving the goods, Styled OÜ no longer undertakes to buy back the goods.
• In case of deterioration of the goods to be returned, the consumer is responsible for the decrease in value due to the use of the goods, if he has used the goods in a way other than what is necessary to make sure of the nature, properties and functioning of the thing.
• In order to make sure of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should handle and use the goods only as he would normally be allowed to do in the store.
• If the product to be returned is damaged and this situation is caused by the Buyer’s non-targeted use of the product or circumstances arising due to the Buyer’s fault and/or carelessness, the Seller reserves the right to offset the decrease in the value of the product.
• In the event that the Buyer does not agree with the decrease in value shown in the offset, he has the right to use the assessment of an independent expert to determine the decrease in value of the returned product or to identify the culprit of the situation.
• The amount for the returned goods, including the costs of delivering the goods, will be transferred by the Seller to the Buyer’s account immediately upon receipt of the withdrawal statement to the consumer, but no later than 14 days later.
• If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.
• The buyer has the right to rely on the means of legal protection provided for in the law in case of non-compliance of the subject of the contract with the contract conditions (VÕS § 101 (1)); The buyer has the right to demand repair or replacement of the product, if repair or replacement of the product is not possible, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract.

The right of return extends only to goods that have been purchased through a means of communication.

NB! Consumers have a 14-day right of return for goods purchased from the online store, which does not extend to legal entities or companies. Products sewn according to the Customer’s measurements as a special order are also not eligible for return.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data:

• Our e-shop uses personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail
• address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer.
• The online store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
• The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if
• the buyer has expressed his wish for this by entering an e-mail address on the website and has indicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications.
• The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

In matters not regulated by these conditions, the Client and Styled OÜ are guided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia and other acts regulating relations between the parties.

Disagreements and disputes arising from the fulfillment of these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the parties primarily through negotiations. If the disputes arising from the Agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, both the Client and Styled OÜ have the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection Board or the court for the protection of their rights.

The property on the E-shop website and Facebook fan page is the property of the Seller and is protected by copyright law. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, publish for commercial purposes, use in mass media or in any other way without the consent of the author.
